Land at Aishwaryam is to be owned by an SPV which is a private limited company (ASC Realtech Pvt. Ltd.). Each co-owner of the land will be issued equity shares & compulsory convertible debentures (CCDs). As a shareholder youwill get access to constitutional documents of the SPV.

Any Indian,Hindu Undevided Family, Private Limited, Trust, LLP, can invest in the opportunity. NRIs can invest through their NRO account.
